Drafting Challenge

On a recent family trip to Universal Studios, I snapped a photo of some transactional language I saw at NBA City.

Here's the language:

Participant understands that he/she will be engaging in activities at NBA City that involve risk of injury which might result not only from his/her actions, inactions or negligence but from the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play or the conditions of the premises or of any equipment used with respect to NBA City. Participant assumes all risks and accepts all responsibility for the damages following such injury.
