Advanced Legal-Writing Training and Consulting

Writing to Clients About the Law

In this two-hour interactive workshop, your attorneys will learn how to stand out from the competition, write their way to more clients, and develop business for your firm.

Drawing on my experience as an award-winning legal journalist and television commentator, we will discuss how to write about the law in a way that captivates readers and highlights your attorneys’ talents.

Throughout the workshop, we will critique sample work product while applying the techniques to client alerts, memos, and other documents. Participants will also receive 170-page Toolkit that includes model documents, checklists, and answers to common writing questions.
